Emile Hoffman is the founder of Kids World Records, a global platform created to give kids the opportunity to challenge themselves, discover what they’re capable of, and earn recognition for extraordinary achievements.
The idea for Kids World Records grew from Emile’s own experience working in the world-records industry and a simple question: why wasn’t there a world-record organization built specifically for kids? He imagined a place where children could set and break records designed around their ages and abilities — giving them ambitious but achievable goals and a reason to try something they might never have thought possible.
There was also a much more personal reason for starting the company. Emile wanted to build something alongside his daughter, Eleanor. What began as a way for a father and daughter to spend time together gradually became an opportunity for Eleanor to learn firsthand how ideas turn into real businesses — from creating new products and thinking about customers to marketing, technology, and problem-solving.
Today, Eleanor serves as Chief Innovation Officer of Kids World Records, continuing to help shape new ideas for the company while learning about entrepreneurship and business along the way.
Together with the Kids World Records team, Emile has helped grow that original idea into a community of young record holders around the world.
